There will be 2 basements. The lower basement is only available to the employees of FSP Realty. This will typically be the elevator room, and storage for appliances that might need to replace something that is already in the unit. By having some of the appliances stored here, there will be less need for the maintenance people to pool from the main storage facility.
The upper basement will be the laundry room which will hold 5 double load washers, and 5 double load dryers. The rest of the space is restricted to the employees of the realty. This is in example of utilities, and the generator which will run when there is a grid failure. Essentially, nothing the tenants should be bothering with.
