The layout will be simple, and to the point. There will be the basements which half will not be accessible to the tenants. There will be floor 1 which is the entry, realty office, mailboxes, and the manager’s apartments. Floors 2-11 will be the residences. The roof will be all solar panels which will provide credit for the massive electricity bill that I am confident that I will have because of the electricity demands for the tenants.
