Each of the 10 floors has 5 studios, and 5 1B apartments. With that said, each apartment category is 50 each. The calculations are as follows:
- Studios: 50 × $1,060 = $53,000
- 1B: 50 × $1,140 = $57,000
This is a total of $110,000. Not the biggest grossing building, but it does allow for a standard for apartment rental for those low income families. My goal will be to fill up all of my units with people and households that needs quality subsidized places to rent. I feel that the way we do this is build up. As you can see, I am able to house 100 people within this building which allows for someone living in these units to have a quality scale. And since I am buying in increments of 100, I should get a discount. For example, the intercom for the public foyer will require 100+ SIP? phones. This should allow me to have the needs met, and at a discount.
