Floor 1 will likely be the most perceived active floor in all of the building. This floor will have a public foyer. Within the public foyer is a door to the office. During normal business hours, the manager should be in the office to address issues of the tenants, and provide for upcoming tenants. In the public foyer, there will be a wall mounted slim phone which will allow the visitor to call the apartment number. If the tenant answers, then they will select * to allow the visitor in. Inside the lobby, there will be a mail area, the door to the manager’s apartment, and a dumpster space for the tenants to dispose of their trash. There is not much else of this floor.
